Forbidden Love

Like Romeo and Juliet, we dance Forbidden love, beneath the lover's moon The air is filled with proof of our romance As all the stars above begin to swoon Our eyes feed our need in silent abyss Held captive by the beauty in the night Our lips are like two thieves, a stolen kiss The roses start to blush from pure delight But as the telling sun begins to rise The shadows of our secret still remain Objections to our love through prying eyes Seeking explanations, we can't explain Our judges stand in judgement, but forget Romeo I'm not, nor you, Juliet
