Fire In the Sky

Crimson fire in the sky, Across its face the swallows fly A beginning and an end, No shining star will it offend I dare not tear my eyes away For this brilliance cannot stay Perhaps in ancient times a man would cry Afraid his world must burn and die The sun is gone, its colors fade And night descends upon the glade....

love this, style and wonderful content. I have noticed your comments on my form;Which I fell into when I read Allowed . I wrote them in lines and paused at the end of each line. That way I didn't get lost. I enjoyed pretending I was Richard Burton then, lots of drama. That was then and now I am just me. Love your work, I'll be back.
