Chas, the "caca C" in Craig's blog was aimed at me. As you can obviously see, I purposefully left-up my comments below....and well, look who happened to drop by this poem as well.

So, I apologize, now that I got a taste of my own medicine. Even though the idiots drive me nuts at points, in the end I have a wholesome chuckle at the sheer ignorance and laziness of some people.

I like this one, Chas -- the end-line is very cool. I feel like an ass mocking haiku and all, because now my favourite form, tanka, is being mocked on the Soup by judges who don't even know wot the form is really about. The worst part about it is, is that when people check out the winner's circles, they may get the wrong impression, thinking that the examples are tanka(when for the most part, they are merely hack-job free verse -- yes, I am pretentious!), and people might use them as examples to mimic. Oh! The implications!
