Dreams and Nightmares

Dreams And Nightmares When we go to sleep at night we usually have pleasant dreams of happiness were we feel like we are on cloud 9 with some romantic partner or some beautiful island destination, we see wonderful things of beauty, but all of a sudden the dream drifts to another world of gloom transporting us to the nightmare world were dark evil happenings take place, it makes our thoughts change our bodies grows cold and sweaty and we awake in terror we have just experienced our worst fears out of the nightmare world, we get up in wonder of what has happened but later we find it is all but an illusion, a trick of the mind, maybe this can be caused by guilt or even food that has not agreed with us, or our minds may have been troubled by a bad problem. We must all go to sleep with a clear mind and dream happy thoughts or we will enter the nightmare world once again.
