Dreams
I ly myself to sleep
As my mind wonders off
Into mysterious unknown,
Magical and mystical places
I long to be.
I dream of walking on a
Black sandy beach in a long
White dress with long
Black hair.
The moon is blue as can be and
The stars shining brighter than ever.
The ocean, calm with little waves,
A beautiful sight.
The winds brushing up against
My dress and whispering,
"Follow me".
As I walk I begin to daze off
Into the sky and float
As I become
A bird.
A big,bright, beautiful bird
With lots of beautiful and
Amazing colors.
I'm a bird!
I can fly!
I fly freely into the sky
Around in circles,
Diving into the sand and water and
Zooming back up into the sky.
As the wind takes me I am
Carried to an island ,
A beautiful island where there are
Lots of tropical fruits that have an
Extraordinary taste!!
I am lead to the middle of the place
Where there are women, children,
And men dancing and singing
Joyously around burning
Wood and leaves.
As the warmth of the fire
Caresses my body ,
I feel a sudden tingle and
An urge to dance freely and celebrate along.
As I dance and dance,
I dance my way into the forrest.
I am alone and frightened,
But I am protected by
The moon's light and by the stars.
I walk deeper and deeper in
And I can hear animals crying out
And singing.
I can see shadows- I start to run.
Faster and faster I run
Until I fall ,
Fall into a hole of mysterious things.
I fall and fall as if there were
Never and ending.
As I fall I see scenes from
My life as I grew older.
I stumbled upon a star
Which fell over and dropped me
Upon a cloud.
By than I was already drowned out
And weary of my mystical dream.
I rolled over a grabbed me a
Piece of cloud,
Cuddled up and awoke from
My dream.
For now I must wait
Until night fall to
Experience the wonders and
Curiosity my dreams have
Awaiting for me.
