Claustrophobia

Had visitors over on the weekend The subject turned to life's scary moments At ten years old had a daredevil heart Dragged this story out of retirement Trembled like I was living it over again With my good buddies Ken and Bob Crawled into a narrow culvert on our bellies Amazing how my heart still throbs Your truly was first, then Ken, then Bob Travelled twenty feet, then no choice The way ahead was totally impassable Screamed BACK UP with fear in my voice! Ever experienced real claustrophobia? There was no escape, no detour Heart started beating like a damn trip hammer Soiled my new knickers, for sure Ever tried crawling backwards on your belly A panicky feeling in your tummy Bad enough, crawling backwards I mean But embarrassing, I called for my mummy! © Jack Ellison 2013

I imagine you hate seeing people crawling into tiny places in movies. Probably even if it's humourous you don't find it funny. The funny thing about this phobia, is that anxiety often naturally shortens our breath, so this phobia, when experienced gets worse and worse. I can't say I'm claustrophobic, but I can guarantee I don't want to prove I'm not, unless she's really cute lmao(don't read too much into that), haha. Nice poem Senor Ellison

I'm claustrophobic, Jack...Yes..childhood drama...I still don't go in elevators if I can help it, especially here when there are power cuts. If I DO use the lift...only two people are allowed to go in with me...and then it's like...HOLD YOUR BREATH! Boy...this write of yours got me all jittery! Glad you made it out..soiled knickers and all! ;) BTW...don't worry about me here, Jack. This are ok...thus far. :) Just keep me in your prayers..that's all! HUGS!

Still get all squirrelly relating the story. Really the only time I can say I was claustrophobic... BUT ONE TIME WAS TOO MANY!!! How can can I not worry about you, my dearest sweet friend? Think about you EVERY SINGLE DAY! We're all hoping this will blow over and that military action will be avoided... love ya sweet lady xoxoxox

Went into Dragons' cave to read a bed time story... Talk about claustrophobia! He sure grew fast! The Trolls are expanding it, today... Think we'll make it adult Dragon size! With extra vents for smoke!... Don't want to be caught like that again! Tho it was fun snuggling in his arms while I read to him... Just like when I used to hold him as a baby... But hotter and smokier!... WOW! and only 2 years old!... The Fairy dust makes him fly straighter, tho! He sure grew up fast! Talk about it! LOL!

You know, the way you write these wee stories every day, a publisher has to see your creativity and want to publish you! Don't forget, Cathie and I get a copy hot off the press! Say hello to that guy Mike for me! Warm cuddles xoxoxox
