Dear Jan - What a tender disguise you've given this dreadful reality. I didn't know the word/place favela and googled it. The photos are devastating. I know the words are empty and many say they have answers, but why does the world have to be so? I need to count my blessings and be grateful more. Yes, I have a wicked humor; you should know what I hold back. Gallows humor for the galley of the ancient mariner.
