Castles In the Sand

You and I were doomed to be building castles in the sand, watch the waves come crashing in destroying them no matter how grand. Sometime they had windows so we could watch the sky, sometimes they had towers and if we jumped we could fly. But, make a castle out of sand know that easily it could crumble without a mote to protect it from the waves who roar and rumble that want to take this castle down like a heart that is made of glass picked up and thrown to the floor it’s hard to survive such a crash. You and I were doomed to be making castles in the sand but why can’t we travel farther from the sea to build on firmer land?
