Call Options
Have you ever made a call
And got that robotic voice
Telling you to make a choice
Or no one will speak to you at all
For English press 1
That was easy , I'm done
But then it gives you several more options
None of which are to your satisfaction
And when you think you've finally gotten through
You find that all the representatives are busy
And by the time they get to you
You forgot why you called, and you're a bit dizzy
