Boss
I am never homeless, although i don't have a home
i walk the streets of this city through every season
i have my friends they are roamers too
I'm never without food as these local folks kindly oblige
i am called boss as i answer to myself
i don't bite or growl i just go about my own business every day
i like to roam in the park, and watch the children play
sometimes i chase a ball or two just to feel apart
I've seen many kinds of walks and heard lots of sounds
but always i keep coming back to the park
i don't know any other life nor would i like
I'm happy being me, just a dog who likes the park!
