You describe this complex condition so with such intimacy; wonder if you have dealt with anyone afflicted. My friend's daughter has it from an infected innoculation given in childhood. So sad.

Alexa and I were stunned by the depth of meaning in this poem -- comparing the scene to the images a child with autism has. Bravo for a first-place win, John! Love, Carolyn

Such a sad state and it manifests itself differently in each who has it. My friend's daughter got it after an infected innoculation when very young. You handled this so well John, with delicacy.
