Better

Don't you want to know me better before my bones grow old, yesterday this little heart of mine turned 31 and what a lovely day it was But now I am no longer secure behind youthful giggles, wisdom is closer to my age for some silly reason time won't stand still and the scenery moves on But don't you want to know me better before father clock does his thing, I know I'm not the grandest of humanity, but each new friend gets spirit closer to good Besides I'll write you real nice poems without too many cliches and a tiny bit of complexity so your head will understand, everyone knows Dylan is a genius that won't be this pen, but these fingers promise to scribble the certainty of my wanting you to know me better
