Behind Closed Doors
You know that kid on the play ground,
That you always called a geek?
While behind closed doors he's silent,
One more word will get him beat.
You know that girl from your math class,
Through your gossip you call her a whore?
While she's not a virgin,
Because what her dad had done behind closed doors.
You know that girl at work,
The one you say who smells of sweat and dirt?
While she's trying to picking up the pieces,
While raising 3 kids struggling behind closed doors.
You know the person you call a thief,
And warn to stay away?
Her mother taught her at age 7, she had no choice.
She was taught to not know any better behind closed doors.
Everyone has a story, some a nightmare some a gift,
But before you judge the person standing next to you,
Concider might go on behind closed doors.
