Battle With Temptation
I don't under stand it
this rise in temperature, all of this heat.
Its not summer but I'm sweating
It's not winter but I'm shivering
my body is sending a message
oh yea it's delivering
I'm busy trying to press pause
but I continue to get moist.
I take a shot of liquor to clear my head
but it does no good my body has made its choose
What it wants and what I should do are two different things
my brain tells me walk away
And at this point my heart has no real say
my loins wants to kill me for punishing it this way
But I can't.... remember I try to say?
My mouth goes dry.
No words can come out.
I silently protest you because I know what your about.
No good no good no good I shake my head all about.
But my efforts are no good.
I began to unravel and just like that I am in pieces
like my clothes scattered on the floor.
I want you to stop.
No but I want more.
Hungrily I growl at you.
I'd do anything to get you distracted.
All I'd need is one second to make a retreat.
I'm so hot my hair is sticking to the sheets.
you want that starvation that I hide from you so perfectly.
So you hold me down with a force so strong...
And demand I show you the real me.
I open up for you and you investigate me.
No more games,no more questions, no more answers. Just you and me.
Damn I lost this battle with temptation. How did I lose so quickly
