Antiquating
I’m getting older and I’m getting fat,
My memory needs repairing and my bones are stiff
My feet are getting flatter and my bum is sagging down
The lines are becoming groovier and my veins are standing out
So I shall dream of:
Warm bones and perfect health
The colours of the rainbow
And a nice cup of tea –
Or maybe:
A Lamborghini and a pink silk scarf
Oakley shades and big red lips
A dark brown-eyed lover serenading me
Only thing I’d need is some energy
