Yes, first it was you now: Your good friend who struggled and fought who will fight nevermore who struggled and fought the devil's demons of grief and took his own life savage irony... Tim - I am chilled and think of my Jeannie's friends. If they died my heart would break again as a piece of her would be lost again. love, Kathy

Oh Tim........had I not found this poem, I could not forgive myself for telling you that I understand this kind of grief. When it touches so close to home.......it cannot be someone's else's pain to endure. I'm so so sorry.

Tim, I don't pretend to know all the answers....... I don't even know all the questions. I do know that a firm faith in God Almighty has seen me through many trials and much tribulation. This is a beautiful tribute. Your pain is well documented and my heart aches with you. Jake

Heartbreaking, Tim, and such a moving tribute to your son's friend. It's seems senseless for God to take a man so young. I pray he and your son are reunited in Heaven and you are comforted by His love. Hugs to you, Rhonda

Tim, sometimes I stay away from emotional poems. I once wrote a poem , called..."UNTIL there was NONE." one by one --all gone... such a sad feeling, to know someone always follows right behind. A heartfelt poem from your heart to Daniel's (rip) childhood friend... God Bless you Tim, your son is proud... xox~ LINDA
