Across the Years of Time
Where is it that you walk just once
but across the years of time.
Once gone, there is no coming back
for you’ve begun in age to climb.
There are things that you take along
such as memories and friends.
Not many other things in life
will be with you to the end.
And yet, there are those who say
age is a state of the mind.
Those things it is you think upon
make the you that others find.
All must travel this one way road
but mind what baggage you bring.
Step lovingly across these years,
LIVING LIFE- the greatest thing.
