A Star's Scream
The vast expanse of darkness
Was riddled with star-fire
And comet fountains.
Emptiness stared back
When driven through disorder's border.
And while each hollow breath
Entangle with the cosmic shifts,
The mind was set adrift
To the distortions
Of flexing lights.
Faint glows you'd cast
On that primal night,
Sprayed like ice crystals
And diamond glitters
On spinning sheets of
Gray dust clouds.
The gloom of dawn unhinged,
Disarmed.Unfolded:
Succeeded where logic said
"It shouldn't!"
Let the tormented reign of groans
Cover those blankness.
Away in spaces where motion is
Light years from letting go.
Pain survives
In borrowed
Silence.
