A Scattered Man At Sea

Through life it is all the people, All love and time, All will go as death is fine, The seas' waves let me float dead, It's cold wind's journey speeds my spread, I saw my bones beneath my skin, Thinking they will never appear to thin, No regrets or moral frets, Life is death as death is set, Man to flame! Ash to the ocean!

What an interesting composition, accepting what life gives us--accepting death too? All in all, a very thought-provoking one. It's nice to read some new work today. Keep up the great poetry! Always, Laura

I always think that it is sad for a person to be disposed of in the sea but the "Bible" says that the sea will give up her dead so even in the sea there is HOPE..Enjoyed reading your work this morn..Sara
