A Sad Christmas Eve

Rain for many days Rivers of water swept through On that Christmas Eve We struggled to higher ground Leaving our home and the cat.....
A true story, we lost everything (material) on that evening.

gosh, this one was so sad to me because I pictured having to leave MY wonderful cat as my house filled with water. TO think this happened to you for real!!! OH MY. Congrats for your win. This must have been so deadful. WAs it a long time ago in the past?
