A Prayer For You
I send a prayer out for you tonight
That all in your world turns out right
I know I made you flee from me with fright
It was fear itself that caused us to fight
It all ends and our journeys done
As from our memory you run
I gave up such a wonderful man
Because too intense feelings had began
To your words I never truly heard
Accusations I made so absurd
But now it is all a lesson I learnt
One in which twas me got burnt
When it was fire I threw at you
All because I didn't know what to do
I pray you never think of me
That your heart stay open to see
Your true love that's meant to be
I pray for you not to be alone
For a friend always at the end of a phone
Where you can make a difference clearly seen
A new start from afresh completely clean
A friend to drink with you till early morning
To converse till daybreak is calling
I hope you know you are truly great
And deserve the most bestest fate
