                                       Baked Eggplant Casserole
                                         Fresh garden eggplant
                                      Battered fried in cooking oil
                                      Layered, eggplant, cheese
                                         Spaghetti sauce, meat
                                               Bubbly baked

    I'm not big on things like eggplant, but the way it's described here, makes it look like something I would want to at least try. Brian could very well LOVE this.

    you made my wife hungry, Sara. One of her favorites. thanks for the comment and yes you are so right...many can't see the connect but many more just don't want to see it. So few have the courage to talk about it. They are all our babies God Love them.

    yummy treat delicious to eat and one I make a lot using pure virgin extra light olive it really tastes great... my grandson luvs it and can smell it soon as he comes to visit.. good luck in the contest Sara..
