To live in a dark place, Forced inside, Disabled by despair, Memories entwined in barbed wire, Cerebral cuts seep anger, Trapped, The door... bolted shut with transparent lies, The stench of deceit fills the air, Tears pool below, Black mould climbs the walls, Figures appear within....visions of two, Echoes laugh, Insignificant you, More lies, Another slice of my heart, Falls to the ground, To feed the rats that scurry, But Sometimes...
