When An Adult Whispers
When an adult whispers
Every child’s ear tries to hear
But has to pretend it is not listening
Hypervigilance takes a front seat
When an adult whispers
For the children want to hear every single word.
When an adult shouts?
Who cares?
They get that all day long.
No one pays attention to that.
