The Owl Whoo Is Afraid of the Dark

Fun facts for children about Owls Whoo was his name and he lived in a tree His face was flat and his eyes were big Whoo sleeps very light he has no deep sleep All the other owls thought he was a hoot Owls like Whoo live in the forest deserts or mountains Whoo doesn’t drink much his water comes from his prey Whoo is up all night for his fear of the dark When whoo gets hungry he eats insects and small animals Whoo does not have teeth so he uses his beak to eat His head can turn around 270 degrees he see’s everything Whoo has tubes for eyes he has no eyes balls When he fly's he doesn’t make a peep Whoo doesn’t always hoot he screeches, hisses and even growls Whoo’s wife is a lot bigger and gets more aggressive then him When she tells him to do something he better do it The next time you see an owl remember this It could be Whoo looking at you high above in a tree To my poetry peep's if you look to the left you will see a link and you can find out Whoo is online

Hi Bobby, This was a good educational piece about owls. I guess I was child today! I enjoyed it from start to finish. But I am curious , how do you know so much about owls? Great job my friend:-) Alexis

This is not only for children; I had no idea that owls had tubs for eyes or that the woman was the boss. I love this!
