Summer Sonnet
Night lifts dark veil to raise(d) roof of the sky,
dawn’s dri zz le of gold(en) streaks has begun...
paints summer meadow where dry dew drops lie_
d a n c e of hues starts under the scorching sun.
Shadows of cloud parch on my flu id face_
in your heart you feel my sun-b u r s t love (f)low...
blazing colors r i p p l e on you with (g)race,
when like wet leaf tinged by twilight you g l o w...
after moon sinks, (s)plashes blue dust on me
onto the dream-soaked smoky sky [I’ll rise]...
float like cloud on searing sun-rays (you’ll see).
I'll (em)brace you with 'halo' of sunrise.
At the end (.) I walk through day bright and new,
I’ll write a summer sonnet 'just' for you.
