PATCO stands for Port Authority Transit Company, a subsidiary of the Delaware River Port Authority between Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

this one seems like it was a joke about Patco's train but I don't know what Patco's train is. Anyway, i find this an entertaining couplet and glad to see it on the winner's list. Congratulations.
