Paul, best experience of a lifetime...we're those rides. And lunch in Chinatowm for Dim Sum is perhaps 100 patrons at large tables with women going around in carts who cannot speak English. You just choose the dishes you want and hope for the best,LO L

A fascinating senryu and fascinating city! Vera and I visited there a few years back, rode the cable car, Alcatraz and many other great place around there.

Cable cars are stunning,,and all the sites.Glad you and Vera were there, I can still hear hose bells! Living there was magical in the mid 60,s. Panagiota

By..Dim Sum is terrific.none in my area, though. Riding a cable car is lovely.it does feel like you are climbing to the stars..as the song says, igot to ride one every day going to teach school in Chinatown. Those were special times,..Love, panafiiys
