Secluded in my own little world I smile with no one seeing me
This private life of happiness and joy strikes every happy nerve
This smile cannot be erased when you have the heart of an angel
No longer am I feeling alone but blessed with your beauty daily

To wake up with your words of good morning I no longer cry
With your beauty all mine to cherish I no longer hide my heart
I want to give you the moon, the stars, the oceans of gold
My back is yours to ride when your legs are too weak to walk

With my hand in yours we will not run but walk to savor every moment
We shall not look backwards but forwards towards the shining stars that guide us
Our hearts no longer separate, our arms no longer empty, our lips no longer frowning
Yes it is you and I beginning a life that will take us into eternal bliss

I am no longer afraid of belonging to the world of happiness
For this smile is permanently locked into place with you in my mind
My heart beats faster and the butterflies flap their wings
October sixteenth is the first day of our journey towards never ending euphoria
