Loving an Enigma

???You are a riddle wrapped in stormy skies, A puzzle box with ever-changing locks. I am the scholar who forever tries To understand your paradoxical talks. One moment, you're a sunrise warm and bright, The next, a tempest raging wild and free. Your mood swings leave me reeling day and night, A dizzying dance of joy and misery. Your rages shake the foundations of my world, Words sharp as knives, cutting me to the core. Yet when the storm has passed, and fury's furled, I find myself still knocking at your door. For in your calm, you are a work of art, A masterpiece I long to understand. Your complexity has captured my heart, Though solving you is like grasping at sand. I've studied all your patterns and your ways, Deciphered clues in every word you speak. But just when I think I've cracked your maze, You change the rules, and leave me feeling weak. Your needs consume me like a raging fire, Your validation, air I need to breathe. And though your actions often stoke my ire, It's you alone in whom I still believe. I know the labels others might apply, The diagnosis they would quick ascribe. But you're beyond what textbooks can describe, A unique equation I still long to try. Through all the pain, the anger, and the strife, Despite the times I've felt so lost and small, I choose to love you, enigma of my life, And find my purpose in your wondrous thrall. For you're a mystery I'll never solve, A beautiful chaos, a storm and a song. And as the earth continues to revolve, I'll love you still, where I know I belong.?
