interrupted dream

An interrupted dream This morning, I'm happy  with a hint of nostalgia over love won and lost I'm drunk  too It takes days to get sober Today, I shall not walk  on the side of the righteous  Wind in my sail  a clipper crossing the pacific  buying tea for the woman I loved in Liverpool Sorry I left you, have unfinished business  In Brazil big eyes and rosa lips In Guatemala, by chance dusky the night the moon was full as always it is easy to go astray by physical love intense the pleasure  I have not forgotten  my many promises  just one day more  before I sail to other shores
