I Hear He's a Winner
WINNING STANCE OF BOLSONARO
Assertively, the winning personal motto
he established in 2016 is John 8:32* of the Bible,
"The truth will set you free."
Bravely, Jair Messias Bolsonaro served as
the 38th president of Brazil from 2019 until 2022.
Courageously, in his 27 years of service in the
Brazilian National Congress, he put forward one constitutional
amendment and at least 171 bills, two of which became law.
Determinedly, he was nominated on July 22, 2018
for president in the 2018 election. The Brazilian Labour
Renewal Party also endorsed him. His coalition name was
"Brazil above everything, God above everyone."
Evidently, he won the support of the country’s considerable
Evangelical Christian population with his steadfast opposition
to abortion, and his championing of law-and-order policies appealed
to Brazilians concerned with crime and violence.
Fearlessly, on September 6, 2018, while campaigning in Juiz de
Fora, he was stabbed by a would-be assassin. His wounds required
lifesaving surgery, after which he was forced to campaign
from a hospital bed and then at home.
Greatly, he was the first candidate for the presidency
that was able to raise over $1 million reais in donations
from the public during the 2018 campaign.
Honourably, the approval of the Pension Reform bill
on October 22, 2019 is a major victory for him after
decades of failed attempts to reform Brazil's social security system.
Indomitably, he was criticized for the blind eye his government
turned toward protection of the Amazon rainforest and for the
historic forest fires that engulfed that region in 2019.
Justifiably, he was widely blamed for his country’s tragically
ineffective response to the coronavirus pandemic that reached Brazil in
early 2020—not least for his refusal to observe preventive measures such
as wearing a mask or observing social distancing, even after he contracted
the disease himself. It could be surmised that he was aware of the
Barrington Declaration, and he had it enforced.
Kingly, he could have a graceful exit since in 2022,
his defeat meant that he was the first incumbent
Brazilian president in more than 30 years not to be reelected.
Lovingly, the LORD GOD Who is compassionate, calls for Jair
Bolsonaro as He does to all to trust Him by faith, according
to the truth to be a real winner in practicing servant-leadership.
