I Don't Have A Religion
I don't bear the badge of a particular creed
For religion often breeds division, a discordant deed
I'm a child of Yahuah, and Yashuah my guide
My allegiance lies with the Creator, not a mortal divide
The true church is invisible, a sanctuary of the heart
Where love and purity reside, a sacred work of art
If the heart is clean, the church is pure and bright
But when our actions contradict our words, we lose sight
We package the same truth in different guises
Like water in bottles of various hues, we disguise
The essence remains the same, though the labels may vary
We're all children of the same Father, born of human story
We're born of woman, through the same doorway
Yet we erect barriers, and point fingers, day by day
Who can claim to know, who's righteous or who's vile?
Only Yahuah sees the heart, and knows our true trial
If we're from one God, then we're one in His sight
Why do we fragment, and fight in the dark of night?
The foundation of every church should be built on love
For Yahuah is love, and without it, we're lost above
If we don't have love, we're strangers to His heart
We're but hollow vessels, with a faith that's far apart
Let's stand with truth, unflinching and bold
Let love be our priority, our guiding gold
For in love, we're united, and in love, we're free
A bond that's unbreakable, a unity of humanity.
