Your haiku makes me want to be there, inhaling the sweet aroma of the honeysuckle blooms. Delightful, Jan - I wish you all the best in the haiku contest. [not to take away from your delicate poetry, but my Jan likes to sing the song 'Honeysuckle Rose' replacing it with the words 'Honey, Suck My Nose'] ~ John

Honeysuckle in the North, Frangipani(Plumeria) in the South (e.g., Hawaiian lei), but there is an Indian tree of tears with tiny but very fragrant blossoms which will keep you sniffing all morning! Now you have Tania sniffing, you may win this contest! Aloha! Rico
