Finity

On the bridge of that vast machine
built by ever-restless hearts,
the captain confirms status green,
speaks the word - the engine starts.

And in a boggling twist of space,
the vessel races to the edge
of mankind's ever-searching face.
Behold! A new world at the ledge.

The question haunts the old man's mind:
where do we go after this?
Surely we shall reach the end;
see, all things, in time, shall kiss.

Where can we go when all is found?
When we have walked upon all ground?
