Fast-Paced

Often you reel, stagger and fall in the dizzying whirl of complexities of a fast-paced, competitive city life; you think you've got to rush along armed with complicated schemes or else, you'll end up very dead; you may take counsel from water that has just been poured into a glass, filling, taking the form of the latter, patiently waiting for tiny particles that float or swirl in it to settle down, as silent sediments at its bottom.
