Extinction - the Oppenheimer Effect
In the time of the dead Destroying them which destroy the earth I am become death, the destroyer of worlds Since the fall of man the unregenerate quest Men have sought their own utopia to build their way to heaven What they begun to do has not changed to set their nest in the stars without God Making of a dystopia of many for a haven of a few To be like the most high closer with all technological witchery A wretched sorcery mincing and mingling in things They do not understand their sins will reach unto the heaven As they try to breed death out not seeing in trans-humanism They lost what is human through eugenics Their fears are true they have already lost their humanity The optimist thinks this is the best of all possible worlds The pessimist fears it is true As they compromise for a lie to reject the truth They deceive and extinguish themselves Though the Prophecy was written for them to believe How shall we escape, if we neglect so great a salvation He that believeth not the Son shall not see life; But the wrath of God abideth on him
