My heart reflects the silver of the moon;
your golden love, it bathes my dreamy swoon.

Dear Susan, You've captured something timeless about love and moonlight that poets have been drawn to for centuries, but you've made it uniquely yours with such lovely, graceful language. Blessings, Susan, Daniel

Dear Daniel, it's wonderful to see you! It seems that love and moonlight have always been and always will be in style. We never seem to run out of things to say about affairs of the heart and the influence of the heavenly bodies above. Thank you for sharing in the imagery of this pithy poem with me. Your poetic presence here adds value to my poem and your kind words are ever uplifting and inspiring. Warmest wishes, my poet friend.. ~Susan

Very romantic. Moon is often associated with love as it enhances the romantic predilection of lovers. Beautiful couplet, dear Susan.

Dearest Valsa, indeed, the moon has always enhanced the romantic moods of lovers and I suspect the moon in all its allure will continue to inspire lovers until the end of time. How lucky are we to have the moon to swoon over, to immortalize, mythologize, to illuminate a romantic rendezvous or two and to hang our romantic dreams upon...? Thank you, my sweet poet friend, for sharing in the celestial imagery of this romantic couplet with me. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan
