A Vision
Surrounded by grass, blowing in the breeze.
a valley,a mountain,a scattering of trees,
with birds of pray, not prayed upon
soaring high, with no fear of guns,
no arrows to shoot the gentle Doe,
and no motherless fawn,to face the foe,
calm lakes,clean air,a paradise untold,
to beautify America,as the days of old,
with no bombs to waste our fertile lands,
no greedy creature,so called man,
where heaven and earth shall meet again,
with the whispering of the blowing wind,
no battle cries of wars that won,
from daylight to setting sun,
where rainbows,rivers,and flowers bloom,
no rockets to blast to our moon,
a gentle reminder of days gone by,
before man thought he could fly,
but never a foot shall grace this land,
like eons ago, before there was man,
at last...only a vision,held within,
but with just one vision...we can't win....
