A Gap In the Gyre -- Part 3

Today I saw the most beautiful sun!
Today I'm so grateful for being alive!

If you’ve found serenity, continue with the next right thing
If you’ve found sobriety but are triggered, play the tape
If you’ve found celebration, pass on the hope and sing!

If you’re still in that loop, wait for a moment of still, quiet, and surrender.
There’s a space and gap in the gyre,
Where you can throw your hands up and say, “I’m tired of being on a jones or a bender.”
I’m sick of being on the wheel of the miserably predictable, sick of the spin of the tire.

I like how you concluded. It brings us back to the beginning of everything. Blessings Rick.

Thanks for all of your commentary, Rick! I really appreciate your writing too! I had a lot of fun yesterday reading through some of your art! I'm sorry some of these poems come in "parts"...haven't paid for the plan that lets you post as many characters as you want. LOL! Have a good day, and God bless you!

So glad that speaks to you. I really wanted to capture that it is all about Christ and his eternal love for me, and that I get to have an ongoing relationship with Him. Thank you for all of the wonderful commentary you have given to my work! I really appreciate it!
