A Change Is Needed
Vegetarian I shall be,
carrots, cabbage, and tea.
Beets I have heard,
are natures cure,
and pickle juice,
keeps your blood pure.
Grapes make you glow,
prunes make you go,
and strawberries,
I love them so.
A little wine,
before you close your eyes,
keeps you limber,
helps arthritis.
I have made my mind up,
my body screams help,
a change is needed,
can't hook my belt.
