Fall
Enjoy
the colors
A sure winner
smell of fresh crisp air
At its most beautiful
Darkness and cold are coming
Distant memory of summer
When the wind howls and disturb your dream

Fall is too brief, I agree. Your lovely poem and picture took me there. I loved the fresh flowing river framed by the autumn trees in this gorgeous picture you posted in your poem. Thank you. xxoo

Your lovely poem echoes the thoughts of many, Anne-Lise. Personally I can cope with all seasons, though winter is a bit too hard on me!! Incidentally the other week I watched the cycling tour of Norway, and I admired the lovely weather and scenery! Hugs // paul

I don't mind the Fall but, dread the winter; it always seems so long. Beautifully penned.

Lovely nonet. Super thoughts to dream of after walking a Walk-a-thon yesterday in 95+ temperatures. Thanks for sharing, Sunshine. Beautiful pic too.

aside from the fact i was born under autumn's colors, i am not a fan, it means cold will soon follow, love this one my friend and the fact that it makes sense reading if from top to bottom or bottom to top, great penning :) hugs
