What Kindof Relationship Do You Have With Jesus
What Kind Of Relationship Do You Have With Jesus? I know of a church with a fancy “title.” On the subject of holiness. they appear to be “idle.” They can sure sing, dance, and “really move…” But anything that appears HOLY seems far removed… Many of them seem “caught up” in the entertainment. When it comes to scripture. They seem “complacent.” As long as you “move in the spirit,” then “you’re cool.” “Why should we go by an old fashioned set of rules?” I wonder how many have a close relationship with our Lord? What kinds of treasure, in their hearts, have they stored? Anyone can claim to be a Christian, Aad “have the power.” Where would we be... If Christ came this very hour? To those who claim “to be filled with the spirit.” It’s one thing to claim it. Another to live it. Our spiritual walk isn’t gauged by… “How we dance or speak in an unknown tongue.” But our commitment and love for God’s precious son! Our hearts before God. Is what really matters the most! Not by how much one may “move in the Holy Ghost.” God’s challenge to everyone across our great nation… Let’s return to our first love… The Lord of salvation! Serving Jesus with all of our heart is truly the key… In being the kind of believer, Christ wants us to be! By Jim Pemberton 02/11/18
