Friendly
Friendly. What stupor has besieged me All my life That is not my end now Friendly? Where was i when i needed you? Off by myself, surrounded Without your presence, Friendly. Did you not come from the inside Of me? From my heart That surrounded You Friendly? Friendly as it may be It's a whole lot more Than life besets me Friendly. This crowding upon Your fortified fortress. Your requests forced by invaders Not so friendly anymore. What stupor has harried you All this time That is not your end now Friendly? Off by yourself, surrounded Without such proximity No distress not even discouraged Friendly? A tempest assails me Presses me with questions A senseless project without ease or poise Friendly. Did i not come from the inside Of you? From your heart Where you surrounded me Friendly?
