this mere man this mere man sayd what cause have you to see through me my blinding eyes of this mystery shapes that form your lying eyes an enigma quite traumatized word to me through your cracked teeth search from me dig from my underneath shatter on love hammer and nails look at the cross as the blood impales look at this breath creeping up on me close your mind and you'll never see that a love gone blind cant be a heart if it can't beat drown drown drown hear them approaching me short of breath we can barely see oh my God won't you open my eyes spent most my life clenched in this vice lungs tied to filtered air i can't see bitterness has grown its claws in me lashing out pure misery learn to drink yeah learn to drink what sobriety it poses to be ive found in the light what others can't see only love lasts for eternity siftn through this death it has yet to bury me under the blood nothing is broken though our words are too often over spoken read through me you will see who i am beyond my simple depths lays the flesh of this mere man this mere man this mere man ?
