Your Body Speaks
Listen when I tell you its way too much must I bleed for you to see the hurt in me Pierced, burnt and scarred by needles stained in your ink an aggravated soar your cruelty heightens more and more My questions have gone unanswered did my screams go unheard or did you block every word said by me to the cerebellum with your artificial high which stifles my cry Oh I hate how you love me it must be a sin you either fatten me with poison or starve me paper thin I make known my discomfort with rashes, cuts and soars pimples and wrinkles and stretch marks galore I convulse, spasm, shiver shutdown then leak, overheat and go completely numb Yet you turn a blind eye are you really that dumb To not see me dying, waisting away i'm trying to speak but you wont hear what I say So one day I shall leave you becaue you don't think so pop another pill, have one more drink We were created together soul, mind and me unfortunately i'm considered the least of the three I'll continue to serve you till I can do so no more until all you have done to me deadens my core I love you immensely if only you felt the same then maybe we could converse outside of pain.
