Blessing In Disguise
So thankful to know the love of my sweet little boy He's certainly nothing short of a miraculous bundle of joy Like his sister, he's such a beautiful gift from above He fills my heart with a tremendous amount of love He gave me crazy contractions 2 in a half months early during pregnancy A free spirit like his sister, he craved his independency He was on a short leash from the beginning that kept him in I'll never forget the first time I saw his sweet devilish grin His umbilical cord was less then a foot long, a blessing in disguise I guess they're normally 2 feet or longer so it was to everyone's surprise I feel so much love when I look into his eyes Like his sisters, a vibrant blue more beautiful then the skies He certainly knows how to keep me on my toes He has lightening speed and goes and goes and goes He looks up to his big sister, they're both growing up too fast I embrace every moment with the both of them as I know forever it won't last I know one day words of "I'm proud of the man and woman you've become"will roll off of my tounge For now I'm thankful to cherish this special time with them while they're still young No matter his age he'll always be my baby boy, my blessing in disguise One day I hope him and his sister will read my words and feel my love long after I'm gone and smile at me in heaven looking up at the beautiful skies
