Soaking in, it feeds the thirsty Earth, and finally reaches the oceans vast, thus, finding home it rests once more. Then warms to feed the clouds above to fall as rain through trees below, and once again make mountain snow! All water from the dawn of time was put here for us to use or waste. Not one single drop will disappear for it is here for all eternity. Does man not see his folly grow as he pollutes waters once clean? When glaciers melt to raise the seas, and snows recede from mountaintops, will drought and dust leave man to cry… “Where is clean water to quench my thirst!” It is still there, just out of reach for you misused the gift of life. You altered the balance nature sought by giving in to want and greed. You warmed the oceans, soiled the air ignored warning signs, as if a joke.
