Tree of Hearts
In my heart there lives a tree A living breathing rooted sprout Pumping fueling filled with the blood to live A living veined vessel that is growing The pain that this tree feels fallen to limb Puzzled pieces of branches that fell This tree of hearts that wants to rebuild To mend and to mold trusting their will Wasting the time that is valuable and could of been better spent Gradually unfolding a screaming attempt Moments to be or not to be heard Listening to the mountain of pain engulfing our hurt Grasping the rationality towards where to direct The place where screaming at the mountains message will be sent Center of a divide where my tree of hearts life memory of pain lies Why scream at the mountain that is not where the fault is in line A mountain screamed to is a lapse that distracts gravity Raging in an outward action lashing in the wrong way How can this reaction come from just a heartache? Or is it just the mind that the hearts tree is hard to find Bringing it back to life inside warm and fire to be kind Bonding during times of missing the ones who could share Daring to never scream at the mountain based for belief That screaming at anyone never solves a thing
