Why is so hard to just let go? With all that’s gone on, all that I know. My heart just wont let my head win, Loving you has become a sadistic sin. Things are falling apart not back into place, Yet my mind changes every time I see your face. I thought as time past feelings would mend, Instead things seem to be coming to an end. Our time spent together has frequently become less, When we are together we cause each other nothing but stress. My need for you has become a disease, I’m an addict begging for your love on my knees. Reaching for you praying you will be there, My embrace returns empty, nothing but air. The perception we have differs for Peace, My love is stronger than ever to say the least. Wilted and withered my heart slowly dies, I’ll be alright once this agony subsides.
